PRE-CLASS

Q1. Is there any Min No. of Student thresholds for opening a class?

Yes. Each course has its own Min. No. of Student Thresholds of opening a class. Please refer to the content “MIN. NO. OF CANDIDATE” in each Course Page.

Q2 : After I paid the Deposit for Class's seat reservation, If the Class is cancelled due to not meeting the Min. No. of Student Threshold , what should I do?

You can choose either to
(i) 100% Deposit Refund, OR
(ii) Switch to another Class (of the same Course) or another Course by enjoying a HKD$300 Discount.

Q3 : After I paid the Deposit for Class's seat reservation, If the Class is cancelled due to any conditions mentioned in Terms and Conditions page or any of my personal reason, what should I do?

Deposit will not be refunded. However, you can switch to another Class (of the same Course) or another Course according to our Terms and Conditions.

DURING CLASS

Q4. What should I bring to attend the class?

  • Paperback Notebook and Pen
  • Laptop is a bonus (not a must)
  • Smart Phone with Enough Data Plan

Q5. What facilities will be provided in the Classroom?

  • Power Supply (Please bring your own charger)
  • WIFI Hotspot

Continuing Education Fund

Q6. Have any of the DDM Courses been included in the list of reimbursable courses under the Continuing Education Fund (CEF)?

Our courses are currently not included in the list of reimbursable courses under the Continuing Education Fund (CEF), however, we are applying for the CEF and hopefully will be eligible for the funding in upcoming future.
